Congratulations to Mike Klein, Abby West, and Rod Wittkamp who participated in the Citizen’s Survey and were drawn as winners of the Chamber Bucks prizes! Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey!

The upcoming public open house will offer another opportunity for anyone interested to contribute to the plan. This event will be held on May 30th from 6-8pm at the Burlington Public Library. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend. Participants will be discussing the future land use of Burlington with an emphasis on regional collaboration, Downtown and waterfront development, the Highway 61/Roosevelt Ave Corridor, and residential neighborhood growth.

In preparation for the open house, a draft of Chapter 5: Land Use has been posted on the Documents page. Two corresponding maps, Map 7: Future Land Use and Map 8: Planning Areas, are also posted.
